Paul served 20 years in the British Army with a focus on training and, latterly, strategic planning. After attending the Army Command & Staff College, he became lead planning officer for NATO's intervention in Kosovo for which he was appointed MBE. His final operational tour was to Afghanistan at the end of 2001 to enforce regime change. Paul ended up working in Afghanistan for 15 of the next 22 years, in both the public (UN) and private sectors.
Paul specializes in programme, project and change management, having planned and implemented significant transformational change initiatives over the last two decades. A Change Management Practitioner, Paul has repeatedly demonstrated the added value of effective change within organisations which seek to improve overall efficiencies, including alignment with today's ever-increasingly important benchmarks such as sustainability, and achieve enhanced P&L results.
As well as being a Change Management Practitioner, Paul has also certified at Practitioner level in PRINCE2, MSP, and P3O.
